A quick and delicious apple-filled Danish pastry that combines flaky crescent rolls with sweet cinnamon apples and a simple icing.
Ingredients

butter (melted and divided)

confectioner's sugar

Instructions
Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll crescent dough, seal triangles into rectangles, brush with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll dough from long side, seal edges, and form a spiral. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment.
Create a well in the center of each spiral, add apple filling, then bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Mix confectioner's sugar with milk and softened butter to make icing. Drizzle over cooled danishes.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use fresh apples and adjust baking time as needed.
