Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook slowly until caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Return beef to the skillet, add rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
