Fluffy and delicious blueberry pancakes perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

Wet ingredients

whole milk

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry, stir just until blended, then fold in blueberries.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup batter per pancake, cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, flip, then cook 1-2 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
