A quick and cheesy buffalo chicken dip perfect for parties or snacks. Made with shredded chicken, hot sauce, and cheese, it's sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (leftover whole roasted chicken works well)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 0.5 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 0.5 cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (plus more for topping optionally)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch, chicken, and 1 cup of cheddar until combined.
  • Spread mixture in a baking dish and top with extra cheddar.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more hot sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
