Ingredients

Flatbread

  • 2 pieces Pre-made flatbread (store-bought for convenience)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for brushing)
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach leaves (wilted gently)
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wilt spinach and chop finely. Mix with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Spread spinach mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Brush edges with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes or broil briefly at the end.
