Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Melt butter in a skillet, cook garlic and onions until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
Mix Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in uncooked rice and chicken, then pour into dish. Top with cheese.
Cover with foil, bake 50 minutes. Remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until bubbly. Rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or fresh herbs.
