Instructions

Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan, and simmer until sauce thickens.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
