Enjoy a quick and healthy treat with this simple frozen yogurt bark topped with berries and optional extras.
Ingredients
Dairy

vanilla Greek yogurt
(full-fat preferred, low-fat works too)

honey
(or maple syrup for vegan option)

chia seeds
(Optional, can be replaced with flaxseeds)

Instructions
Spread the Greek yogurt evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle honey over the yogurt and sprinkle chia seeds, berries, coconut, and chocolate chips as desired.
Place the sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours until fully frozen.
Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For added flavor, try mixing in some vanilla extract or topping with additional fruits.
