Enjoy a quick and healthy treat with this simple frozen yogurt bark topped with berries and optional extras.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred, low-fat works too)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (Optional, can be replaced with flaxseeds)
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (Optional, can leave out for a lighter treat)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (Optional, adds a delicious touch)

Instructions 

  • Spread the Greek yogurt evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle honey over the yogurt and sprinkle chia seeds, berries, coconut, and chocolate chips as desired.
  • Place the sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours until fully frozen.
  • Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For added flavor, try mixing in some vanilla extract or topping with additional fruits.
