  • 1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon juice of half a lemon

  • to taste black pepper (preferably sea black pepper)
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili flakes (optional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix garlic, herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry, coat with herb mixture, and marinate briefly.
  • Arrange chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with sides.
