Ingredients

Meat

  • 8 pieces lamb chops (About 1 inch thick)
  • 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon (Juiced)

Instructions 

  • Combine garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  • Pour marinade over lamb chops, cover, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grates.
  • Remove lamb from marinade, discard excess marinade, and grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Let lamb rest for 5 minutes before serving.
