Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (Ensure it contains xanthan gum for better texture.)
  • 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar (Packed.)

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter (Softened, at room temperature.)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Semi-sweet or dairy-free if preferred.)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring (Pure vanilla extract recommended.)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  • Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough onto prepared sheet, bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
