Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats (blended)
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Blend oats into flour.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add berries or nuts to the batter.
