Instructions
Pat the lamb chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chops 3-4 minutes per side.
Reduce heat, add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar (if using), and rosemary. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
Return lamb chops to the pan, coat with glaze, and cook 1-2 minutes, turning to cover both sides.
