Ingredients

Meat

  • 8 pieces lamb chops about 1 inch thick
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional) (for depth)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Pat the lamb chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chops 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Reduce heat, add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar (if using), and rosemary. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
  • Return lamb chops to the pan, coat with glaze, and cook 1-2 minutes, turning to cover both sides.
  • Transfer to a plate, drizzle with extra glaze, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
