Instructions
Zest and juice the lemons, then whisk with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley to make the marinade.
Pat chicken dry, then season with salt and black pepper.
Marinate chicken for 20 minutes or cook immediately.
Heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Pour pan juices over chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.
