This flavorful chicken recipe combines lemon, garlic, and parmesan for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Coat chicken with ¾ of the marinade and refrigerate 30 min or overnight.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet and bake 17-20 min or air fry for 12 min. Reserve remaining marinade for serving.
  • Serve chicken topped with reserved marinade and dip.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
