This delicious salmon recipe combines the natural richness of salmon with a sweet and savory maple glaze, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Salmon fillets

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
  • Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice to make the glaze.
  • Pat salmon dry, place on baking sheet, brush with glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway.
  • Rest for 2 minutes, then serve with remaining glaze.
