  • 1 cup self-rising flour (See notes for substitutions)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix Greek yogurt and flour until combined.
  • Knead dough briefly on a floured surface until smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
  • Shape dough into a ball and roll out to desired size or divide for smaller pizzas.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet, add toppings, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
