Ingredients

Chicken

  • 6 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Pat chicken dry, then rub with olive oil and season with spice mixture.
