Delight in these soft, golden pretzel bites made with just two simple ingredients, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

plain whole milk Greek yogurt
Water and Baking Soda

Instructions
Combine flour and yogurt in a stand mixer and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough with a dough hook for 5 minutes, then divide into 6 logs and cut into 8 pieces each.
Boil water with baking soda, then dip each pretzel bite into the water briefly and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.
