Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

Water and Baking Soda

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons butter (, melted)
  • 1 tablespoon pretzel salt

Instructions 

  • Combine flour and yogurt in a stand mixer and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough with a dough hook for 5 minutes, then divide into 6 logs and cut into 8 pieces each.
  • Boil water with baking soda, then dip each pretzel bite into the water briefly and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional salt or serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
