Enjoy fluffy, flavorful pumpkin pancakes perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

pumpkin pie spice

Wet ingredients

pumpkin purée

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; let batter thicken.
Preheat pan and add butter/oil. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1 minute more.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
