  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (to thicken sauce)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar; pour into skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
