Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Peel, core, and chop apples; toss with lemon juice.
Cook coconut oil, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in skillet for 2 minutes; add apples and stir.
Cook apples for 8 minutes until soft.
Mix topping ingredients; spread over apples and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Serve warm topped with coconut whip or lemon cream.
