Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast (diced into bite-sized pieces)

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (warm)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup julienned carrots

Sauces & Oils

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Garnishes

Instructions 

  • Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
