  • 1.3 kg chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions 

  • Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer; cook for 22–24 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Increase heat to 205°C / 400–410°F; cook an additional 5–6 minutes until crispy.
  • Toss wings with melted butter and hot sauce; serve immediately.
