Instructions
Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
Arrange wings in a single layer; cook for 22–24 minutes, flipping halfway.
Increase heat to 205°C / 400–410°F; cook an additional 5–6 minutes until crispy.
Toss wings with melted butter and hot sauce; serve immediately.
Notes
