Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings, split
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1.25 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp seasoning salt
  • 0.75 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Pat wings dry, then toss with olive oil and dry rub mixture.
  • Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 5 more minutes until crispy.
  • Transfer to a bowl, toss with sauce, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure wings are dry before tossing with oil.
