Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch dish and prepare the filling.
Mix apples with lemon juice, sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Fill the crust.
Combine topping ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
Bake for 50 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
