Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove excess fat if needed.
Add diced onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Stir in sweet potato, zucchini (if using), corn, spices, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook for 2 minutes to toast spices.
Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30–35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and chili thickens. Stir occasionally.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste and top with your favorite toppings like cheese, avocado, or cilantro.
