A delicious and festive trail mix combining roasted nuts, dried fruits, and warm spices, perfect for fall snacking.

Ingredients

Nuts and Seeds

  • 0.75 cup pecans
  • 0.33 cup pepitas
  • 0.33 cup sliced almonds

Sweetener and Spices

  • 0.33 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • A dash ground cloves
  • A dash sea salt

Dried Fruits

  • 0.33 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.33 cup dried apricots, diced
  • 0.25 cup golden raisins

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add nuts and seeds to a skillet, pour in maple syrup, and simmer until caramelized, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Spread mixture on baking sheet and cool completely, then add dried fruits and mix.
