A quick and delicious salmon and tortellini dish perfect for a cozy dinner for two.

Instructions
Prepare vegetables and cut salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add salmon, dill, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese and add water if needed to create a creamy sauce.
Add tortellini and cook in the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic, basil, zucchini, and stir in mozzarella cheese.
Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest or a splash of lemon juice before serving.
