  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (For searing chicken.)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (Use vegetable broth for a plant-based option.)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Freshly minced.)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 ounces Ramen Noodles (Use fresh or dried.)
  • 2 stalks Green Onion (Fresh garnish.)
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil (Optional for extra heat.)

Instructions 

  • Season and sear the chicken in vegetable oil until cooked through.
  • In a pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic; bring to a simmer.
  • Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook until tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream and sliced cooked chicken; simmer briefly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
