Instructions
Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar, let sit until frothy.
Mix flours, sugar, salt, and powdered milk; add activated yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into equal portions, shape into buns, and place on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and flaky salt. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden.
