These savory sliders combine caramelized onions, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.

Instructions
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, add onions, and cook on low until caramelized, about 25-30 minutes.
Mix ground beef with half of the beef base and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
Brown the beef with onions, then drain excess grease. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheet.
Assemble sliders: place bottom buns, add beef-onion mixture, cheese, then top buns. Brush with beefy butter mixture and sprinkle seeds and spices.
Bake until cheese melts and tops are browned, about 20 minutes.
