Instructions
Halve cherry tomatoes and slice larger heirloom tomatoes.
Arrange tomatoes on a platter, alternating types for color.
Tear or cut burrata into bite-sized pieces and distribute over tomatoes.
Scatter basil leaves, drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
Optional: sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top.
