A delicious and healthy frozen treat combining fresh blueberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Blueberries

fresh blueberries
(washed and completely dry)

plain Greek yogurt
(full-fat or 2% works best)

vanilla extract

powdered sugar
(or 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
Gently fold in blueberries until fully coated.
Spoon small clusters (2-3 tbsp each) onto the baking sheet.
Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
