A delicious and healthy frozen treat combining fresh blueberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Blueberries

  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries (washed and completely dry)
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% works best)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar (or 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup)

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth and thick.
  • Gently fold in blueberries until fully coated.
  • Spoon small clusters (2-3 tbsp each) onto the baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Enjoy straight from the freezer or let sit 1-2 minutes before eating.
