Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons agave
  • 2 cups vegan vanilla Greek yogurt (or any flavor you like)
  • optional granola (additional topping)
  • optional additional blueberries (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Blend blueberries, agave, and yogurt until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds or cups.
  • Insert sticks or cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from freezer and add granola or extra blueberries if desired.

Notes

Use ripe blueberries for the best flavor and sweetness.
