A refreshing and icy strawberry lemonade slush perfect for hot days, combining fresh fruit, lemon, and a fizzy topping.
Ingredients
Fruits and liquids

freshly squeezed lemon juice
(about 3-4 medium lemons)

frozen strawberries
(unsweetened, no need to thaw)

Instructions
Pour water and lemon juice into blender, add sugar, and blend 10-15 seconds to dissolve.
Add frozen strawberries and blend until mixture is pink and even.
Add 3 cups of ice and blend until thick and slushy; stir and add more ice if needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more sugar or lemon juice as desired.
Pour into glasses, top with soda if desired, garnish with lemon slices and strawberries, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a more fizzy drink, top with lemon-lime soda just before serving.
