Enjoy these easy, refreshing frozen yogurt bites filled with fresh berries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Dairy & Non-Dairy Products

  • 12 ounces Strawberry Yogurt (Can swap for Greek yogurt for added protein)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk (Can substitute with any non-dairy milk)

Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries (Can swap with blueberries or chopped strawberries)
  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries (Consider cranberries or any soft fruit as alternatives)

Other

  • 1 sheet Parchment Paper (Can also use a silicone mat for easy removal)

Instructions 

  • Mix the yogurt and almond milk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the fresh berries.
  • Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper in small dollops.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Remove from freezer and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use Greek yogurt and add a touch of honey if desired.
