Enjoy these easy, healthy frozen yogurt bites with crunchy granola and fresh fruit, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) (for sweetness)

Toppings

  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (blueberries, diced strawberries, banana slices, etc.)

Other

  • 12 mini muffin liners or silicone molds mini muffin liners or silicone molds

Instructions 

  • Line a mini muffin tin with liners or silicone molds.
  • Place about a teaspoon of granola into each liner and press down gently.
  • Mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Spoon yogurt mixture over granola, filling almost to the top.
  • Add fresh fruit pieces on top and press in slightly.
  • Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until set, then transfer to a container and store for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for the best flavor and consider adding a drizzle of honey on top before freezing for extra sweetness.
