Instructions
Whip feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Grill chicken breasts with 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices until cooked through.
Slice grilled chicken and assemble with sliced vegetables and whipped feta.
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in spices before grilling.
