A delicious fusion of garlic bread and pizza, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal or snack.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 large loaf French bread or ciabatta (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Toppings

  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, or pepperoni alternatives)
  • Optional Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, and parsley.
  • Brush the garlic butter over the cut sides of the bread halves.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  • Spread pizza sauce on each half, add cheese and toppings, then bake 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings before the final bake.
