Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 loaf sliced bread (16 slices)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 6-8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
