  • 500 g sirloin steak
  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Sauté the potatoes in butter and olive oil until golden and fork-tender.
  • Sear the steak bites in the same pan until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Make the garlic butter sauce by cooking minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
  • Toss the steak bites and potatoes in the garlic butter sauce and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the steak marinate in garlic and herbs for an hour before cooking.
