A deliciously cheesy garlic bread perfect as a side or appetizer. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

baguette or Italian bread loaf

cup
unsalted butter, softened

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoons
fresh parsley, chopped

dried oregano

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the baguette in half horizontally and place on the baking sheet.
Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined. Spread over bread halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for crispiness. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
