Enjoy a spicy, garlicky shrimp dish with bold flavors and a quick, easy preparation.

red chilis
(or 4 birdseye chilis, thinly sliced with seeds)

parsley (finely chopped)

sweet garlic chili sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp 1 min per side, then set aside.
Deglaze skillet with water, add garlic and chilis, cook 30 sec, then add chili sauce.
Return shrimp, toss in sauce 1-2 min, then remove.
Add butter and parsley to sauce, simmer 1-2 min, then pour over shrimp and serve.
Notes
Adjust chili amount for desired spice level.
