Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

Oil

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Garlic

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

Herbs & Spices

  • 2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Fresh parsley

  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Sauces & Condiments

  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Salt and pepper

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Toss beef cubes with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the sauce.
  • Serve beef cubes with the tartar ranch sauce garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot or cold.
