Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 cups baby carrots

Seasonings & Oils

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken with the herb mixture and place in a baking dish.
  • Add baby carrots around the chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
