A flavorful chicken pasta dish featuring a creamy herb sauce and perfectly seasoned chicken thighs or breasts.

Ingredients

Oil and Seasonings

  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 g paprika
  • 5 g Italian seasoning
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g crushed red pepper (optional) (to taste)

Chicken

  • 450 g boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breast pieces

Butter and Dairy

  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g shredded cheddar
  • 50 g parmesan

Pasta

  • 400 g penne pasta

Instructions 

  • Season chicken generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, add minced garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Add cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer gently.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted. Toss with cooked pasta until coated.
  • Serve pasta with herb-glazed chicken, drizzling pan juices over before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper to taste.
