1/2teaspoondried or fresh sage, chopped
3/4teaspoondried or fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place skin side up in a baking pan.
Sprinkle chopped sage and rosemary over chicken. Arrange garlic cloves around the thighs.
Roast uncovered at 400°F for 45 minutes, then lower temperature to 325°F (163°C) and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Turn off oven, cover with foil to keep warm before serving.
