Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then toss in cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.
