Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz pasta (any type)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then toss in cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for the best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
