70gmbutter salted
30gmparmesan, fine grated((2 tablespoons))
4-5clovesgarlic
2tablespoonsParsley, chopped

Instructions
Mix yeast, warm milk, and a teaspoon of sugar; let froth for 5-10 minutes. Combine with flour, salt, remaining sugar, and knead until smooth. Incorporate butter and let dough rise until doubled (~40-60 mins).
Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with garlic butter and parmesan. Cut into strips, stack, and place into a loaf tin. Let rise again for 40-60 mins until puffy.
Brush the top with milk, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 mins until golden brown. Serve warm.
